I got a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and I never worked as a pharmacist. Instead I got an opportunity in a growing Blockchain company as an intern so I never looked back. People may think I wasted 5 years of education but I hadn't ended up where I am right now if I wasn't in the pharmD program in the first place. I learned countless lessons and grew immensely only because I went there for 5 years, learned, met people, made friends, made a "not-to-do" list. It exposed the world to me. College was helpful but for bigger reasons. For me, only experience matters as I have unrelated formal education.
