Ta-da! A lot of you got really close to the answer. It’s pork ribs with chicken feet, cooked with rice in a pot. 煲仔飯, literally “pot rice,” is one of Hong Kong’s traditional winter dishes. You can add soy sauce to make it taste even better. You can also add other ingredients, like salted fish or Chinese sausage, and cook everything together with the rice on the stove. That way, you get crispy scorched rice at the bottom of the pot, and that’s my favourite part! But I guess the question is will you try chicken feet? 🐓👀
