How many roles at DAOs have a fair exchange of value happening? How many people are doing work for DAOs and receiving close to fair value for their work, not too much and not to little? I see many people receiving too little and some people receiving too much, but not many people receiving fair value for both sides.

If the only benefit of your blockchain product is that it's built on the blockchain, then you're not going to win many customers and you should question your entire approach.

They probably need something faster, cheaper, open source, censorship resistant, transparent, or something else that the blockchain can bring that traditional technology can't.

Some of those blockchain products' sales and marketing materials are focused on the fact that they're using the blockchain and not on the problems they solve for their potential customers, not on specifically what they do better than current solutions.

I'd say maybe it's one small factor, but it's hard to find great people, so if you have a great person, go with them and let them learn and grow as needed.
