Of the recent dishes I tried for the first time: Denver steak and green olives with ham. The former is suitable for beginners; I just need to catch it on sale. The latter is for those who understand that it seems strange, but are drawn to experience this flavor again. I especially enjoyed the pan-toasted ciabatta with these olives 😮💨
