Bitcoin’s recent rebound has been fueled by multiple interconnected factors. Institutional demand has grown significantly due to strong inflows into spot Bitcoin ETFs, which boosted market confidence. At the same time, expectations that the Federal Reserve may slow down or pause rate hikes have supported risk assets overall, making Bitcoin more attractive. On-chain data also shows a steady accumulation by long-term holders, suggesting belief in sustained upside momentum. In addition, macroeconomic uncertainty and ongoing concerns about currency devaluation are pushing investors toward Bitcoin as a hedge. Combined, these elements created an environment for a sharp recovery in Bitcoin’s price.
