BTW - not intended to be a bearish tweet. Late stage bull market dont want to get cute trying to sidestep market. Cycles, like any tool, provide guide/edge, not absolute only.
Focus on "Bright side, late in 4-yr cycle, you want to remain bullish/allocated".
