What are some properties that a token launch should have for you to consider it ethical / values-aligned and not decrease your excitement for the project?

Values-aligned > ethical for sure. Ethics of a token launch are incredibly hard to judge depending on who's launching it, with what intention, inside of what economy, etc.

Values-aligned; No sneaky seed round, very long vesting schedules (3 years is the standard, doubling this is fine), community allo >= investor allo
