Yesterday, we received reports about ETH-base withdrawal from Jam wallet going into Null address. We have completed the investigation. We found an issue with the frontend on ai.jam.so that caused withdrawal to point to a Null address. We fixed this issue shortly after the initial reports. If you’re still logged on, please refresh the website. We are compensating the affected users with a direct deposit of the same amount lost, back into their originating wallets. 44 transfers of ETH-base and 1 transfer in BNB were identified. Thanks to @overo.eth @onbloaded @poke00 for reporting the issue. Below is a list of the known affected wallets, that have received the compensation. Contact us if you’re affected by the withdrawal issue, but not on this list.
