I would like to give a shoutout to the viral tiktok pasta recipe that my wife and I still make years later. One block of feta, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, italian seasoning, salt, pepper, chili flakes. Roast until everything has some color. Dump everything in with some cooked pasta and a bit of reserved pasta water. Mix like a mf. Super easy, tastes amazing.
