spent the last few days poking around @iccm.eth and trying to actually use it, not just lurk. feels like a working room more than a feed less rah-rah, more “show the thing, cut the fluff”. fast feedback loops, decent signal, and people who seem to ship. that combo’s rare rn, so i’m leaning in
how i’d approach it if you’re new:
- pick a lane you actually know (dev, research, growth, ops) and stick to it for 2 weeks
- post one useful update a day with receipts code, metrics, teardown, or a tiny demo
- ask for critique, implement it within 48h, then share the diff
- map the edges: who’s solving what, where the gaps are, where you can plug in
- keep a public notebook so people can follow your trail and compounding context
- avoid low-effort farming, aim for shipped outcomes and measurable deltas
