Billy is a researcher and writer who works with Ryan Holiday and Rick Rubin. I've long admired his curiosity and nose for wisdom. Talking to him is a bit like querying an encyclopedia (or LLM) of people, stories, and lessons on making process your north star, rather than outcome.
Billy moves at a different pace than the terminally-online, frantic, instant-gratification culture that dominates today. Spending time with him and circle a small set of timeless truths is remarkably grounding. I hope that comes through as you listen.
