In early 2025, predictions based on public data suggested USDC would reach $65–70B, Circle would IPO at $8–10B, and Coinbase would be a major player. So far, those estimates have held up well — highlighting how markets often ignore simple math in favor of short-term noise.
If stablecoins grow to $2T by 2030 and USDC keeps a 30–40% share, Circle could earn $24–40B/year from interest alone. Since Coinbase shares in that revenue, its passive income could exceed $10B annually — supporting a valuation well above today’s levels.
USDC and USDT have remained dominant despite years of competition. Circle, backed by Coinbase, is the only regulated, U.S.-based stablecoin provider with global scale — making Coinbase a key player in the future of digital dollars.
For investors with a long-term mindset, this isn't about hype. It’s about predictable revenue from core financial infrastructure. DCA (Dollar-Cost Averaging) might be the smartest way to gain exposure over time. 0 reply
