I used to lean too hard on metrics. Still do, sometimes But the more founders I meet, the more I realize that the strongest signal is how they think, speak, and move Qualitative insight is harder to measure. That’s why it matters

Data is inherently backward looking. Great minds > great data for having the foresight into what to build given that knowledge
