No but really, to zoom out on happiness: I think it's something that's constantly evolving along with you, yet steadfast at its center and that center is presence and the now. I also think we find new/better definitions and experiences of happiness as we get older and, hopefully, wiser. WHAT QUALITY DO YOU APPRECIATE MOST IN A MAN? I prefer not to get caught up in the gender binary. But also, language is language and it thankfully evolves. For the historically accepted term “man,” I most appreciate men who: cry; don’t need to be men w a capital M; understand the importance of, and seek out, platonic male love; don’t need “women” to validate their existence; find the gender binary rather boring. I am a man. I was born a man. I have never woken up and questioned that. I have cried. Many times. For those That wake up And question... Who they are. I hope they find themselves In all things Form and Function That allows them to wake up And love who they are. We are all walking To the same place All these roads... They lead to the same fate. Do not wait Until you arrive At the final stop of Death To realize All these roads They were... Just like the road you walked. ❤️
