They say cooler heads will prevail. As if equanimity will save you. Don't do anything, just sit there. Watch silently as it all burns down. I am cool, I am calm... But I am also learning. I am tweaking. I am not sitting still. Some people think they have it under control. They say they can handle it. But they are frozen. Frozen things look calm. They are anything but inside. They are paralyzed with fear.
