It requires robust, real-time data feeds, sophisticated models to avoid pro-cyclical behavior (e.g., everyone fleeing an AVS at once), and must carefully manage the operational overhead and potential slashing risks of frequently changing AVS commitments. While a promising future development, it is currently more conceptual than practical.
