In theory, yes, and this represents a major product opportunity. An automated vault that continuously rebalances an operator's stake across a diversified basket of AVSes could dynamically allocate more capital to those with rising, sustainable yields and away from those with declining or risky ones. This would function like a restaking index fund. However, the practical challenges are significant:
Unbonding Periods: make rapid rebalancing impossible.
Slashing Risk: Automated systems must be impeccably designed to avoid rebalancing into a soon-to-be-slashed AVS.
Oracle Requirements: Need for reliable, real-time data on AVS health and yield.
While a powerful concept, a truly effective auto-rebalancer is a complex future development.
