If you have a little space, a collapsible bench and adjustable weights get you the dumbbell versions of all of those. Often able to find rhem on OfferUp/FB Marketplace for low $. You could probably find everything for under $500 and open up the world to you for lifts short of getting a squat rack
Gonna confess, I can get big, but a six-pack has been out of reach for me. Bigger pecs means lifting heavier, which means bench, incline/decline bench, and flys. Personally, I would focus on chest/back, shoulders, and triceps if you're looking to fill out and present larger. Everything drapes off the shoulders
Fair point, but are those exceptions? Someone predisposed to being a world class athlete is likely going to be a world class athlete whether they're eating animal or plant protein. For the average joes among us, animal protein seems to make a lot of sense
