I was glad to help lead this effort by the crypto law bar to outline crypto policy priorities for the incoming administration. Regulatory policy governing crypto will be recast over the coming years. As a lawyer (and a crypto VC) who recently joined the DAO, I thought I would chime in on the DUNA proposal, especially as we are in the process of appointing an administrator. I realize the DAO has chosen a path here, and my goal is not to change it but rather educate members and create greater transparency.
