Bought my standard drink at starbucks (hot venti green tea) in Switzerland. Cost was 6.20 CHF. In 2014 it was 5.60 CHF. 11% price increase in 11 years = 1% annual inflation. Impressive job 🇨ðŸ‡!

I guess 1% price index change is a good metric, in comparison to some other fiat monies, the less printing the better. Yet the main problem with inflation is not about changing the price tags or even hidden saving tax - the question here is who gets the newly minted money before others?
