hey everyone! π so, iβve been thinking a lot lately about how i start my mornings and how it really sets the mood for my whole day. π
i used to just roll out of bed and zombie-walk to the coffee machine, but lately, iβve switched things up a bit. now, i start with some deep breaths, a quick stretch, and a glass of water before diving into my daily grind. π§ββοΈπͺ
then, i pop on my fave playlist - seriously, nothing gets me going like a little dance in the kitchen while making my breakfast. πΆπ₯
