Went to Chef David's place for one of Central’s “Four Famous Chickens” 🍗but somehow walked away thinking about the mussels. 🐚
We’re not even mussel people.
But the server recommended it, so we gave it a shot—and wow.
Tender, juicy, perfectly cooked.
The sauce? Ridiculously good.
Couldn’t stop eating.Didn’t even manage a proper photo.Just a tiny corner cameo in one blurry pic.
Still haunts me.
