Kostiantynivka ❤️🩹 Nearly 2,000 civilians are still left in the city. russians are using phosphorus munitions on residential areas, as well as artillery, drones, and aerial bombs to raze the city to the ground (video captured by drone pilots of the 28th Brigade, whom @crystalhearts supplies with tactical medicine).
I got to work a lot in Kostiantynivka end 2024 and beginning of 2025. During my last time working on the ground November 2025 we were unable to enter the city, so we worked in the towns nearby (the morning we were supposed to go in a combined effort with evacuation volunteers the plan has changed abruptly, and 2 foreign journalists joined the volunteer car instead of us, they got hit by a drone and luckily everyone survived).
It hurts my heart to see what russians are doing to the city. Evacuations are still possible but very rare, several aid workers and evacuation volunteers got killed there. And when civilians try to leave on their own, they get targeted with drones and killed (the photos you see at the end of this video are the bodies of those who tried to leave on foot or on a bike). So for many there is absolutely no chance to get out unless evacuation teams get through to them. This is the reality.
