Remember, You Are Here Too
Sometimes, the day feels like it has only 12 hours instead of 24. The to do list grows, notifications don’t stop, everyone wants something, and you feel like you have to keep up with it all. But no one can do everything at once, and that’s perfectly normal.
Trying to do everything often means not fully completing anything. Tasks done in pieces, unfinished conversations, postponed moments for yourself…
But stopping is also an action. Sometimes saying, “Today, I’ll only do this,” can be the most productive decision. We don’t have to carry everything at once. Prioritizing, letting go, and postponing can be the very steps forward.
The key is not to abandon these actions completely, but to spread them out consciously over time.
Remember: While trying to keep up with everything, don’t be late for yourself. 0 reply
