It seems to me that at first Web3 was interesting only to engineers, and it is obvious why. Then, after cryptocurrencies were created, it became interesting to those who wanted to make money. Right now, the biggest niche is trading. And at this point we are in a crisis, because crypto has fallen sharply, and many people are now burying it because of low profitability. All of this is clear, but what interests me are the motives. There is that small circle of people who love Web3 for its very essence, decentralization. I see them as a kind of elite in the cyberpunk world that is beginning to emerge. Conscious people. And what is interesting is to test my hypothesis that the more AI grows and the more artificial the world becomes, the more people will search for authenticity and for real human beings. This is exactly where Web3 may reappear in a new light. A kind of real world without advertising, like a premium subscription to real people.
