i’d blame primarily claude and its peers for failing to communicate what ppl can do hah.
these ppl will have extremely different risk/return ratio edge once they realize current vibe coding state and what farcaster allows to do
if thats the assumption, i’d say Merkle team is even giving an advantage away now by adding a lot of trading/socialfi exposure to the interface
i see multiple fresh angles to leverage that advantage and occupy niche market share. and i believe its the only way one should think of a new client
targeting generic market rather than niche, would imply competing with X, which is overconfident hah
that makes Merkle taking the most risk and damage from competition with X allowing us to explore opportunities X has never provided. so now builders can peacefully try experimenting and offering niche “twitters” with the user base pre-registered and the wallets connected. having succeeded with a single niche is a solid step towards more.
see the quotecast — at least for the ideology and the authenticity reasons this has to be realized without the guidance from Merkle hehe [it’s on the surface imo tho], but also there could be unpredictable retrospective legal consequences in the future
bottom line, more like Valhalla for chasing the dreams. i am bullish af on my pipeline. definitely, everyone should revise the situation
P.S. In regards to the communication fail: even I, after many months of solo-suffering…stumbling upon programming skill issues [and other issues tbf] ONLY now I feel like I am close to be able to deliver sophisticated ai/crypto concepts I’ve been constantly writing down for 2 years. lots of ppl here know I tried to team up, but no, the teamwork era has gone a while ago [temporarily I believe].
