Crying is the first way we communicate with the world. 🎆 "Why are you crying over this?" "Your crying looks so funny." "Taking a selfie while crying?" Why not? Crying is, after all, the first way we communicate with the world. There are a thousand emotions and feelings in my tears. I want to document those moments that make me feel truly alive. I'm not afraid of crying; I'm afraid of being numb. I love myself for being able to cry and laugh, for being able to clearly perceive and get along well with my emotions.

When you're feeling down and emo, just go and embrace the trees in your spiritual sanctuary. The bottle trees and dragon's blood trees on Socotra Island. The baobab trees and umbrella trees in Tanzania. The Dendrosenecio kilimanjari on Mount Kilimanjaro. ... After going through mountains and ridges, enduring the sun and rain, and reaching high altitudes... Looking at these live pictures, it seems as if I'm transported back to the very moment when I embraced them. Those unique textures, temperatures, and energies Seem to have been deeply planted in my spiritual sanctuary. 💚
