🪂 Airdrop lockup/Vesting is a gaming mechanism.
Today, I opened DeBank and suddenly saw an extra W reward worth $192.
It's a windfall, but I'm not exactly thrilled.
I staked 10,000 W in anticipation of a supposed Monad return-for-a-favor airdrop. Based on the peak value, it's now lost 90% of its value.
In other words:
I lost over $9,000 to get back $192 today.
