This is the DAO's alias on Optimism based L2s. The DAO has interacted with Base previously on Prop 431, but even that one had a small mistake in the execution. Due to the technical complexity of interacting cross-chain, I'm not sure its the best option tbh.

kinda silly, but biggest challenge so far is that we don’t actually exist yet as a DUNA. That should change shortly though and we’ll get to see how everything works in reality and whatever pain points come with that. As far as 501c3 goes, our team is primarily focused on this initial transition, but willing to take a deeper dive when the dust settles.

gm nouns. my compliance admin prop goes live for voting soon alongside the DUNA bylaws proposal. a few months ago the DAO voted to pursue the transition from cayman foundation to Wyoming DUNA via prop 662. The team behind that prop began that process and reached out to a few community members, myself included. during that time, the roles of compliance admin and reserve admin were born. i understand that I’ve been given the privilege of being involved in this transition, and am honored by that. I would continue to be honored if the DAO chooses DUNA and appoints me as a Compliance Admin.
