[Introducing: What Is @zama ?] It is an open-source cryptography project that provides Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) tools and an FHEVM, a smart contract execution environment based on homomorphic encryption, enabling confidential smart contracts and encrypted on-chain computation on the blockchain. Three Key Features TFHE-rs: A high-performance FHE library written in Rust. Concrete: A developer-friendly FHE SDK that includes documentation and examples. FHEVM: an execution environment based on homomorphic encryption that is compatible with the EVM, enabling existing smart contracts to run while data remains encrypted. Zama is a project that applies FHE technology to blockchain in order to greatly enhance data privacy and security. Backed by strong support from both academia and industry, as well as substantial funding, the project is growing rapidly. And Zama’s founder @randhindi said that privacy is the first crypto category ever that doesn’t relate to Bitcoin. That’s right. it’s still early. We can ride this new wave together with Zama. To open up more opportunities for the community to participate in Zama’s growing ecosystem, the project also runs several engagement programs. Zama is currently running both Creator Program and a Developer Program.
