After we identified our problems, most of our energy should go towards solutions. 
To manifest our goals, we need to practice our new habits daily. Visualizing our goals is the best tool in overcoming fears and realizing aspirations. Here's how you can effectively do it:

🔹 Define clear objectives: Have a vision of what you aim to accomplish. Be detailed & explicit in outlining your objectives.
🔹 Mentally visualize: Shut your eyes. Vividly picture yourself reaching your goals. Focus on every detail from sights & sounds to the emotions experienced.
🔹 Engage all senses: Engage all your senses in visualization to make it as real as possible. Feel the excitement, pride, and satisfaction of achieving your goals
🔹 Practice: Establish a visualization routine. The more you visualize success, the more achievable it appears.

Visualization enables us to channel our energy toward results, priming our mind for success. 🌟

Part 10: Embracing that you will fail 🌟

One of the biggest fears we face is the fear of failure. However, failure is a natural part of progress, and is inevitable part of success. Accepting that can help us overcome this fear. 

Here’s some steps to embrace failure:
🔸 Accept failures Role: Understand that failure is part of the journey. Every successful individual has faced them
🔸 Find lessons in failure: Each setback is an opportunity for learning & personal growth. Reflect on what went wrong & how you can improve
🔸 Adjust your perspective; Regard failure not as a finality, but as a step towards reaching your goal
🔸 Celebrate effort: Acknowledge your efforts and progress, even when things don’t go as planned

Failure is a better teacher than success. By embracing failure & drawing lessons from it you develop resilience & become better prepared to pursue your ambitions. 

Embrace failures as guiding lights on your path to success. 🌠

It's hard to imagine, but accepting beforehand that failure will come, and it might be a great one - can lower the fear and anxiety so much.

When I was doing my masters we had a saying in the lab, "work to the next failure". Because at next failure we can learn a new thing.

That's right!

When I fail, I like to think that I've found a way to fail.
If I fail 10 times, I've found 10 ways to fail.
This is a shortcut to succeeding the 11th time, and when you do, all the previous attempts will have been successful.

So I never give up on anything. If I give up, all my past failures will be for nothing.

I probably have countless failures in life that sometimes I want to go back in time and fix them, but I guess that's how life is. We need to embrace it and learn from it.

Those failures really helped me a lot on who I am now, sometimes people think I really don't care or give a fck if I failed on something but I guess that's how I handle life now more composed and thinking of better ways to do it.  Also acknowledging and Embracing each failure and preparing my future self to the upcoming challenges in life.
