Rain has turned the city into a dream of color; as if the sky lifted a trembling brush and painted the streets with quiet fire golden, crimson, and blue.
The lamps shimmer in the mist,
and the rain-kissed pavement becomes a mirror holding light in its fragile hands. Amid all this glowing wonder,
two silhouettes walk slowly
no hurry in their steps,
no fear of getting lost in the rain
just hearts beating close enough
to warm the entire night.
