let me get this out: acp-77 and other initiatives were taken by ava labs and the foundation bc of specific market conditions
the original tokenomics and staking mechanics were perfect - in an ideal world
but the reality was very different: institutions cannot, by law, do a lot of stuff
for example, some can only have hardware on-premise, meaning that the data needs to be stored in the country where it's created
