Can someone ELIA5 why "proof of stake" in Ethereum is a good idea? One appeal was to reduce the environment footprint significantly over the previous proof system. Apparently that is a success.
But trying to understand the contribution to censorship resistance, PoS seems to *emphasize* the ones with the highest stakes are "righter", so bakes in a very strong bias toward rich owners?
