What are Crypto Assets?
Crypto assets are digital assets that use blockchain technology to store and transfer value.
However, not all crypto assets are valuable. Some have real use and demand, while others may lose value or become worthless over time.
For example, tokens from rugged or failed projects can become valueless, while tokens with real utility and strong projects, like ETH, tend to hold value.
There are five main types of crypto assets
→ Cryptocurrencies
These are digital money used to send value or save money. Examples are $BTC and $ETH.
→ Utility tokens
These are tokens used inside a specific app or platform. They give access to services or features.
→ Security tokens
These represent ownership or investment in a project.
→ Stablecoins
These are crypto assets designed to keep a stable value. Examples are USDT and USDC.
→ Non fungible tokens also called NFTs
These are unique digital items. Each one is different and shows ownership of things like art, music or videos.
