I’ve been spending time studying how ICCM structures its ecosystem, and this slide really captures why it’s not just another incubator. The model is designed like a living network rather than a traditional organization. Each layer feeds the next: Incubation Layer ensures early projects get real guidance - not just funding but direction on product, market, and governance. Syndicate Funding decentralizes capital formation. Instead of waiting for a VC check, ICCM allows the community itself to become early backers. Role System is what ties it all together. Everyone starts as an Intern, but through actual contribution, you move toward Syndicate and eventually Advisor. It’s merit, not access. And the Info-Fi Model transforms activity into measurable value. Every post, cast, or insight contributes data and signal back to the network. In short, ICCM is experimenting with what a self-sustaining Web3 incubator can look like on Base.
