exactly what is your issue with hc? i've only been using it for otel traces btw, and it performs really well there (esp the bubble up feature)

our stack is: prom+grafana for metrics, honeycomb for traces

And what do you use for logs? Does hopping around multiple systems/interfaces to get full context/diagnosis not hinder?
