@monad is fully EVM compatible but uses parallel execution to scale throughput. Developers don’t need to change how they code yet they get the benefit of faster confirmation. A project making use of that is Fluent which is testing real time peer to peer apps. It shows how speed on the base layer translates directly to smoother user experience.
