Anthropic reminds me of Anduril though ideological opposites, the dynamics of being a company that’s growing quickly in a tech/SV political environment diametrically opposed to your views strongly filters for people of your ilk. They’ll likely have best talent retention over time because while having superior product important, what fundamentally binds early core team is loyalty to a set of beliefs that transcends Anthropic, transcends AI 🦐
