I agree with you Albert and firmly believe the AI revolution will be like nothing we have seen before. The reason? Past revolutions caused workers to move up the value chain: the industrial revolution converted farm laborers into factory workers, the IT revolution converted many factory workers into knowledge workers. The AI revolution will hit knowledge workers hard. But what sits above knowledge workers in the value chain? Nothing, in my humble opinion.

Hi Fred - it's been a while ;-) Why do you think LLMs will turn into a two company battle? I could see this happening if they were free, like search engines or operating systems (which basically are free). But generally when products are not free there tends to be a lot more variety, as far as I can see.
