Just made the most delicious avocado toast for breakfast. Perfectly ripe avocados, a sprinkle of sea salt, a squeeze of lemon juice, and a drizzle of olive oil. Yum.
I wandered through the quiet field with no goal, letting the tall grass brush against my legs. Something about the way the light filtered through the haze made me pause. In that moment, I stopped measuring the value of time by what I accomplished and started noticing the beauty of simply being present.
