History Is Repeating Right In Front of Us Remember how Linux slowly but surely outgrew every closed system just by staying open? I’m getting the same feeling right now with AI. @SentientAGI isn’t just another lab. It’s showing that open source doesn’t just compete with closed AI it outpaces it. Benchmarks like ODS, ROMA, Fingerprinting, and Dobby aren’t buzzwords, they’re real results anyone can check. Closed labs hide their code and move in the dark. Sentient throws the doors wide open and lets the world build, test, and improve together. That combo of openness + utility isn’t a feature it’s the whole engine. This isn’t some hype race. It’s the same story we’ve seen before. Linux won. And if history is any guide, Sentient is on the same path. I’d rather bet on the side that shares than the side that hides.
