Palm print verification ensures that each account is unique and corresponds to a real human being, leveraging biometric data while preserving user privacy. 

By using the Humanity Protocol, systems or dApps can ensure that only verified human users access their services. This effectively prevents Sybil attacks, as each verified account corresponds to a unique individual, making it impossible for a single entity to create multiple fake accounts.

Humanity Protocol can attest that a certain account is owned by a human through our innovative palm print verification technology. This method allows us to confirm the human ownership of an account without needing to know the specific identity of the individual.

HP is built to be flexible and modular, allowing for the deployment of Layer 3 solutions that use different virtual machines and data availability methods. Additionally, other Layer-2 blockchains can seamlessly integrate with the Humanity Protocol, taking advantage of shared sequencing to utilize Proof of Humanity (PoH) for verifying identity and humanity.

We chose palm data for several reasons. First and foremost, palm scans offer a high degree of accuracy due to the unique patterns of lines and veins each individual’s palm contains. These patterns provide a rich dataset that ensures precise identification, reducing the risk of false matches.

Secondly, palm recognition technology is less invasive and preserves more privacy compared to facial recognition or iris scans. These methods can often feel intrusive as they involve parts of the body more directly linked to personal identity. In contrast, using the palm is discreet and non-intrusive, making it much more acceptable.

Lastly, palm scans can be performed with existing hardware, such as a standard smartphone camera, making it more accessible and easier to deploy on a large scale without requiring specialized equipment.

Why do you use palm data over other human features such as the eye, or the face?

Based on my understanding, Worldcoin currently does not support account recovery using iris scans. Does Humanity address this issue and offer account recovery using palm recognition?

When will you launch the testnet? And it will launched publicly?
Moreover, every day on your DISC there is nothing new and interesting, can you organize events to participate in games, or study and learn about your platform to get roles for contributer ?

Is there a need for a combined operation of vein authentication and passwords, etc., depending on the importance of the subject for which authentication information is used and the restrictions on the disclosure of information linked to the authentication information?

Will people need additional 3rd party devices to adapt Humanity Protocol? Or current devices will be enough? I mean laptops, smart mobile phones or tablets etc.

I think one of the biggest threats to the success of a identity-related project like Humanity Protocol is legal issues. Let's say Worldcoin Worldcoin faces bans worldwide amid increasing privacy fears. What is HP going do to deal with this?
