thoughts as a web3 recruiter who focuses on marketers:
where are all the marketing jobs?? Everything was exploding a few weeks ago, now not so much.
there is a rise in specialist positions; KOL managers, Affiliate Growth, Social Media, Content Writers. But I know a lot of my network are a little too senior for these roles.
Where are the high-level marketing opportunities?
