Congress needs to learn from it’s success. Section 230 gave web entrepreneurs green lanes in the 90s and US became the indisputable leader in technology:
* AI models trained on data available on the web should be covered by section 230 or something similar.
* non custodial (no multisig in the path) open protocols in crypto should be covered by something similar as well.
