On your chart, what's notable is that despite the Long/Short ratio of investors (shown by the rising CVD Perp indicator and Volume Delta Bar with many green columns) increasing, the Longs/Shorts (Accounts) line at 0.57 and decreasing shows retail investors are still increasing their short positions. This is often a sign of a potential reversal about to happen - the market may rise strongly, causing retailers' short positions to lose money.
