Tbh im not sure what a frames v2 framework is supposed to do since frames are just web apps and we already have a ton of infrastructure for that

no, I don't think the frames sdk should be opinionated about your UI or framework

I think starter repo makes the most sense. A lot of possibility for customizing your framework of choice and ssr vs static. Plus not having limitation on just rendered images opens up the floodgates
