Other ideas to explore:
Use notifications. Both to announce the next prize and as part of the game. (Do you reply too fast? Did you ghost?)
Make it easy to share back screenshots, ideally as a frame embed that can go viral in the feed.
Monetize with an entry fee that mostly goes into the prize pool.
