Day 2: progress on my Base mini-app!
What I got done today:
> Deployed my smart contract to Base mainnet. Turned out Remix was the easiest way - ditched Thirdweb
> Built a working UI with calendar for the habit tracker
> Set up check-in logic. Still rough but working!
> Each daily check-in will be an on-chain transaction
Tomorrow's plan:
- Connect wallet integration
- Get real transactions running
- Deploy to Vercel
- Publish to Base App
ClaudeAI helped debug everything - seriously recommend for anyone learning to code!
Still figuring things out but making progress, thanks @base and @jessepollak for the opportunities
