사실 오늘부터 운동 시작하는 날이었거든요! 점심에 동료랑 운동하러 가기로 했는데, 갑자기 회사 점심 회식이 잡혀서 짜장면을 먹고 말았어요. 😭 그래서 대신 퇴근하고 유산소로 걷기 좀 하고 왔습니다. 다들 운동 꾸준히 하고 계신가요? 전 1월, 2월 두 달 동안 -5kg 감량이 목표예요! 🔥
Actually, today was supposed to be the day I started working out! I planned to go exercise with a colleague during lunch, but we ended up having a team lunch, so I had Jjajangmyeon instead. 😭 So, I went for a walk for some cardio after work to make up for it. Is everyone staying consistent with their workouts? My goal is to lose 5kg by the end of February! 🔥
